Strategy

Turn the person into the brand. "TP Recruitment" — a firm — becomes Tiffany Philippou / Higher Standard. Every word, first person. The standard has a name now.

Motto

The standard comes from the person. One line, one shift: the recruiter is no longer a service — she's the guarantee.

Stay after

Success isn't the offer letter. It's what the hire builds in year one. Every placement is followed, coached, and understood long after the contract closes.

Design

Cream, black, orange. Serif display for the claims, monospace for the reasoning. No stock imagery, no filler. Every word carries the weight because nothing else is asking for attention.

Voice rules

Short sentences. Active voice. No preamble. Say the hard thing first — explain after if needed. Never write anything that sounds like it came from a company.

One voice

Not a presentation, not a proposition. The kind of message you'd send on WhatsApp at 9pm because you found something worth saying. Direct. A little brutal when it needs to be.

I talk to candidates and hiring managers as people. Never as profiles. Never as clients. Every hire starts with a real conversation — not a name on a list.

People are the story — on both sides. Not the company, not the role. The person who walks into the right room and changes everything. Write to that — hiring manager or candidate.
