33east is a venture capital fund based in Cyprus, with the ambition to put it on the global startup map. Most funds feel cold and formal — a gate between founders and money. 33east is built the other way: a home for founders, where you belong before you raise.
The door stays open to everyone, but the bar stays high — the fund talks to many and backs few. You're treated as a person first, and you always get a straight answer.
Everything has soft, rounded lines, and everything is drawn toward a centre — bringing people and ideas together.

Metaphor
We started with long-form interviews with the fund's partners. Across every conversation, one idea kept surfacing: gathering. It became the core the whole project was built on.
Motto
Gathering shows up in every detail — the coffee-cup rings on the table, the logo, the motion.
The team's values shaped it, and it runs through the entire design system.

The website runs on the same idea, brought to life through motion. Animated graphics express gathering — elements orbit, connect, and draw toward each other.
And because the fund bets on people, founders' faces lead every page, with the brand kept in the background.
