asti — a four-day campaign that shipped on friday.
brief on monday, finals by friday. a retainer client asked what our normal turnaround looks like. this is it.

this is a quick-case — one of the smaller things that ships in a typical week on our retainer. no deck, no hero shot. one brief, one timeline, six deliverables.
monday morning, the asti team sent over a brief: “we need six 9:16 launch videos by friday. different hero moments. brand consistent. feel premium.” we pushed back on two of the six (overlap with existing assets) and agreed on four.
by wednesday, first drafts were in. by friday, finals shipped. no revisions needed beyond the first pass.
the stack that made it possible: veo for the base video generation, nano banana for direction prompting, topaz for upscaling, after effects for the brand overlay and final comp. the whole thing ran through our AI creative support pipeline — the same one that handles every retainer brief.

four days, zero revisions. we stopped bothering with our old agency after this.
the four-day turnaround isn’t a special case. it’s the normal rhythm for retainer briefs under ~1 week of scope. anything bigger lands in under two weeks. the reason is structural: no SOWs to negotiate, no stakeholder rituals, one weekly sync, direct creative director on every brief.
